Intuition Installation

Dartmouth College  |  Summer 2010  |  Hopkins Center for the Arts Rotunda

red pine, wire, thread

A conclusion and resultant of the Nature Series explorations, this installation explodes from the center, holding their various angles through simple gravity and friction and responds to the 360 degree viewing capability of the site. Remnants of a log cabin building process, quickly, violently shaved away from its tree, the bark was found in these shapes and forms then re-presented to the audience.
